Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

  • Scope of Work: We provide residential cleaning services as specified in your booking confirmation. Any additional tasks not included in the original booking must be requested in advance and may incur extra charges.

  • Independent Contractors: We utilize trained professional cleaners who are fully vetted. We retain control over the scheduling and assignment of all cleaners.

2. Pricing and Payments

  • Quotes and Pricing: Estimates given online or over the phone are based on standard assumptions regarding the size and condition of a home. If a home requires significantly more time or effort than anticipated (e.g., hoarding conditions, heavy post-construction dust), we reserve the right to adjust the pricing, with your approval, before starting. We also reserve the right to issue a stoppage of the clean if it exceeds 2 hours beyond our estimated time for the clean. 

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and electronic payments via our secure online booking system.

  • Payment Terms: A credit card must be kept on file to secure your booking. Payment is processed immediately after the clean is completed.

  • Failed Payments: If a payment fails, a $50 late fee may apply, and future services will be paused until the balance is cleared.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change, but last-minute cancellations significantly impact our cleaners' schedules.

  • More than 24 Hours' Notice: No fee. You may reschedule or cancel freely.

  • Less than 24 Hours' Notice: A cancellation fee of $100 will be charged to the card on file.

  • Same-Day Cancellations / Lockouts: If our cleaners arrive and cannot access the property, or if you cancel on the same day as your service, you will be charged 30% of the service price.

4. Home Access and Preparation

  • Access: You must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. This can be via a keycode, lockbox, hidden key, or by ensuring someone is home.

  • Utilities: The property must have working electricity and running hot/cold water. If utilities are turned off, the cleaners cannot perform the service, and the lockout fee will apply.

  • Preparation: To maximize the efficiency of your cleaning, please declutter floors, counters, and surfaces prior to our arrival. Our cleaners do not organize or move heavy clutter as part of a standard cleaning.

  • Pets: We love pets, but for the safety of our cleaners and your animals, please secure aggressive or highly anxious pets in a separate room or crate during the service.

5. Damages and Liabilities

  • Pre-Existing Damage: We are not liable for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to unstable shelving, loose fixtures, scratched flooring, or worn counter surfaces. Cleaners will document any noticeable pre-existing damage upon arrival.

  • Breakage or Loss: If a cleaner accidentally breaks an item while servicing your home, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of the completion of the service. We will repair or replace the item (or offer a fair market value credit), provided it was not a pre-existing hazard. We are not liable for damage to sentimental, irreplaceable, or antique items; please put these away prior to the service.

  • Limit of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific cleaning service.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee & Recleans

  • Our Policy: We want you to love your clean. We do not offer cash refunds, but we do offer a 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee.

7. Safety Policies

  • Lifting & Heights: For safety reasons, our cleaners do not lift or move heavy furniture, nor do they climb ladders higher than a standard 2-step step stool.

  • Biohazards: Our cleaners are not certified to handle severe biohazards. We reserve the right to refuse service or leave the premises immediately if we encounter severe mold, hoarding, rodent/insect infestations, or bodily fluids (animal or human). In these cases, the full service fee still applies.

8. Non-Solicitation of Cleaners

  • By using our services, you agree not to independently hire, solicit for hire, or contract directly with any cleaner introduced to you by Premier Home Solutions for a period of 1 following the termination of your services with us.

  • If you breach this agreement and hire a cleaner directly, a referral/finder's fee of $500 will be billed to you immediately.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued bookings after changes are published constitute acceptance of the new terms.
